Welcome to The Prudent DP. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our School ID Card Software (“the Service”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Services Provided

  • We provide a cloud-based software platform to manage school ID card generation.

  • Features include student data management, dynamic ID card layout design, photo upload, PDF export (A4 size), and multi-layout options.

  • The platform is intended for schools, institutions, and authorized administrators only.

2. Account Registration

To use our School ID Card Software, schools/institutions must register with accurate organizational details. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Ensuring that all users under your account comply with these terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the software for unauthorized or illegal purposes.

  • Upload copyrighted or unrelated content (such as logos, photos, etc.) without permission.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or resell the software without consent.

4. Payment & Billing

  • The software is provided under a subscription model (monthly/yearly).

  • Pricing is based on selected features and number of student entries.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or data access restrictions.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the subscription is activated and services are accessed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Free trials or demo versions (if offered) should be used to evaluate before purchase.

6. Data Usage

  • You retain full ownership of your uploaded student data, including photos and class information.

  • We do not sell or share your data. However, anonymized data may be used internally for software improvements or analytics.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All templates, source code, designs, and branding within the software remain the intellectual property of The Prudent DP.

  • Reproduction or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account in cases of:

  • Terms violation

  • Attempted misuse

  • Non-payment beyond due period

9. Limitation of Liability

The Prudent DP will not be held liable for:

  • Data loss due to user error or system misuse

  • Technical interruptions beyond our control

  • Damages arising from unauthorized account access

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
